Asked by the Government of India to serve as Senior Protocol Advisor to the Ministry of Health and the Office of the Prime Minister, Clay traveled to New Delhi in support of the Call to Action Summit - 2015. Clay led diplomatic coordination and planning for the Summit including the Ministerial Conclave for Ministers of Health from 22 nations that led to the adoption of the Delhi Declaration.

From concept to creation, Clay worked with the Summit design team to create the vision for staging the official summit photo with Prime Minister Modi, Ministers of Health and senior civil society dignitaries. The photo seen below captured media headlines around the world as a tangible example of the global commitment to ending preventable maternal and child deaths.
